Homicídio
= homicide. / Homicídio

A morte de um ser humano por outro ser humano.

The killing of

Example:

Murder:
The act of
killing a person illegally.
Examples:
The police are
treating his death as a case of murder.

TIPOS DE HOMICÍDIOS:
Manslaughter –
forma menos grave de crime de homicídio.
Murder – forma mais grave do
crime de homicídio.
Involutary masnlaughter (homicídio culposo) – resulta de
negligencia ou imperícia por parte do agente.
Volutary manslaughter (homicídio privilegiado) – é aquele que
envolve circunstâncias atenuadas.
Murder (homicídio qualificado)
– é aquele que envolve circunstâncias agravantes.
o Murder in the
first degree é quando há premeditação.
o Murder in the
second degree é quando não há premeditação.

Culpado:

Culpable – (adjective).
She was the one who committed the crime but he was
culpable also.

Culprit – a person responsible for something wrong,
unpleasant.
As soon as she
saw the broken window she began to look for the culprit.

Guilty – having feeling, or causing guilt.
The jury found
the prisoner guilty.

Fault – mistake; something for which one is to
